Alliance Middle School Stadium

LOCATION: Alliance, OH

Behnke Landscape Architecture within the AVG design team, led the site layout of the Alliance Middle School Stadium all-weather-track and synthetic turf field.

Working closely with the school, we developed site layout and grading documents for bid and permit. This project was design-bidbuild with a single GC, SCG. The turf is a heavy weight dual fiber from FieldTurf with a minimum of 6 lbs. of infill.

The school has an 8 year warranty with annual testing to ensure safety for the life for the turf. The track is a polyurethane structural spray. Behnke limited all disturbance outside of the track and field to maintain the existing bleachers and support building.
