CLEVELAND METROPOLITAN SCHOOL DISTRICT CLEVELAND, OHIO

Almira is a new Pre-K through 8 school for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. This school features a seven acre site plan that gracefully provides separate parent and bus drop off areas, separate visitor and staff parking, separate Pre-K and 1-5 play areas, a play field, and a pervious pavement entry plaza with trees.

The school functions as an essential element to the urban, revitalized neighborhood, contributing to the project’s LEED silver goal.

Construction Cost:  $2.5 Million
