Dunham Tavern Museum & Gardens - Green Infrastructure

LOCATION: Cleveland, OH

Working with closely with the Dunham Board of Directors and Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District staff, Behnke secured a Green Infrastructure grant to transform a deteriorating asphalt parking lot into an inviting arrival courtyard.

The project replaced impermeable pavement with permeable pavers and redirected roof runoff from the barn into the new system, reducing stormwater impacts while enhancing the site’s appearance and functionality.
