East Branch Rocky River - Greenway Protection Plan

LOCATION: Cleveland, OH

Prepared for Cleveland Metroparks, the East Branch Rocky River Greenway Protection Plan had three major objectives:

• Preserve/conserve natural and cultural resources within the riparian corridor.

• Identify greenway linkages between the existing Metroparks’ reservations of Mill Stream Run, Brecksville, and Hinckley.

• Identify linkages to other planned greenways and parks in the region.

The study area encompassed 12,700 acres bordering 15 miles of river.
