EAST FALLS OVERLOOK 

ELYRIA, OHIO

As part of a downtown revitalization, the City of Elyria wanted to capitalize on the beauty of the Black River East Falls.  Behnke prepared a master plan for the enhancement of the area at and around the falls, and continued working with the City on implementation of Phase I, including a public deck walk and viewing platform.
