Patterson Community Center

Following a detailed site assessment, Behnke Landscape Architecture developed the site plan for the Patterson Community Center in coordination with Prime AE’s redesign of the community center building.

The updated plan includes site grading, ADA compliant access to the building, and new amenities, including a playground, concert venue amphitheater, rentable picnic pavilion, and outdoor patio space.

Designed to enhance user experience, the project visually highlights the new community center connection to the surrounding park and its existing splash pad, while also enhancing both pedestrian and vehicular access to the site
