This landmark development at West 25th & Detroit combines market-rate housing, a preschool, and affordable grocery store, together with affordable housing in the renovated historic Forest City Trust Building across Detroit Avenue, to provide a broad spectrum of housing and commercial options to the Ohio City neighborhood.
Behnke designed, coordinated, and generated construction documents for streetscape treatments, the city’s Brick Masterson Park and outdoor dining plaza, a segment of the new Shoreway Trail, and an outdoor amenity deck featuring an elegant pool and water feature, cabanas, and grilling/dining stations.
