CENTER FOR INNOVATION IN MEDICAL PROFESSIONS

CLEVELAND STATE UNIVERSITY - CLEVELAND, OHIO

 

Envisioned as a highly-collaborative home for Cleveland State University and Northeast Ohio Medical University’s health profession departments, and in collaboration with Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and Stantec, Behnke developed the site plan to strike a balance between integrating the building into the campus and city fabric and creating outdoor collaboration spaces.  Scope of work included site planning, site preparation, layout, grading, planting, irrigation, and detailing.

Cleveland State University received a Cleveland Engineering Society Award of Excellence for the project.

 

Construction Cost:  $2.9 million for site work
